Returns & refunds

Contact kaiventures.a@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything; the correct return address may belong to our fulfillment supplier.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in their original packaging, with the original components included. Used feeding accessories or chewed products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This condition does not limit help for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

You are responsible for the actual shipping cost of an approved change-of-mind return. We will explain the return method and any label cost before you send the item. There is no restocking fee for an approved eligible unused return. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you discover the problem and include a description and, if available, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue with our supplier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be charged return shipping for an item confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Keep the item and packaging until we give you instructions.

Refunds

We will let you know the outcome after the return or issue is reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to issue an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving and assessing the return; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. Contact us if an approved refund has not arrived.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different size or color, contact us about returning an eligible item and placing a new order. Request a cancellation promptly; an order that is already being fulfilled or shipped may need to follow the return process. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled item. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
