Terms of service

Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made from Veyora at shopveyorapets.com. For help, contact kaiventures.a@gmail.com.

Products and prices

We curate products from named suppliers, including SodaPup / True Dogs, LLC. Product dimensions, materials, care instructions and suitability guidance are provided on the product page. Review the exact variant and size before ordering. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Inventory, prices and product selections may change. The total, shipping options and taxes displayed at checkout apply to the order you place.

Orders and fulfillment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payment processing and checkout are provided through Shopify and the available payment providers. SodaPup products are fulfilled by our supplier through Shopify Collective. If an item is unavailable or we discover a listing error that affects your order, we will contact you to explain your options. If we cannot fulfill an item or you decline a proposed correction, we will cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled item.

Promotions

Promotion eligibility, eligible products, minimum quantities, expiration and combination rules apply as displayed with the offer. Pair & Save 10% gives 10% off eligible products in Dog Enrichment Essentials when your bag contains 2 or more eligible items, including two of the same item. It applies automatically in your bag and at checkout, cannot combine with other product, order or shipping discounts, and ends October 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Shipping and tax are extra and calculated at checkout. Product pairs contain two individual products. The separate price shown for a pair is the current price total for the selected items without this offer.

Product use and care

Supervise your dog, choose a suitable size and portion of dog-safe food, follow manufacturer instructions, and inspect products for wear or damage. Remove a damaged item from use. Feeding accessories are not a substitute for veterinary advice. We do not promise a medical or behavioral result from these products.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies describe order support, delays, returns and refunds. Review them before paying. If these terms conflict with rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law, those rights remain in effect.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the store and checkout. Do not include passwords, complete payment card details or other sensitive information in a support message.
