Shipping & delivery

Veyora’s SodaPup enrichment products are fulfilled by SodaPup / True Dogs, LLC through Shopify Collective. Available destinations, shipping services, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout for your order. Please review your total before paying.

Processing and tracking

Any processing or dispatch estimate shown for your order is separate from carrier transit time. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, and a particular delivery date is guaranteed only if expressly stated for the selected service.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated using the supplier’s available rates for your destination and order. A free shipping option applies only when it is actually offered at checkout. Product discounts may affect which shipping rates are available. Taxes and any applicable destination charges are shown or described at checkout.

Addresses and changes

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact kaiventures.a@gmail.com promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We will try to help before fulfillment begins; changes may no longer be possible once processing or shipment has started.

Delays or delivery problems

If we learn that your order cannot ship within the time promised, we will contact you with the revised information and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. Contact us if tracking stops updating, an item is missing, or the carrier marks an order delivered but you cannot find it. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier and explain the next steps.
